Booking Policy

How to Book

Appointments can be made through:

Advance Booking

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekends and evenings. However, we do accept same-day appointments subject to availability.

Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. Please wait for confirmation before assuming your appointment is booked.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Notify us as soon as you know you cannot attend

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered late cancellations. While we understand that emergencies happen, frequent late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments during peak times.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when you do not arrive for your appointment and did not cancel or reschedule in advance.

Important Notice

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in:

  • Lower priority for future bookings
  • Required advance deposit for appointments
  • Restriction from booking during peak hours

We value all our clients and understand that emergencies occur. Please communicate with us if you cannot make your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling requests.

How to Reschedule

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your preferred new date and time
  • We will confirm availability and provide you with alternative options
  • Your rescheduled appointment will be confirmed once agreed upon

Frequency Limits

We understand that plans change, but frequent rescheduling may affect future booking availability. We appreciate your commitment to your scheduled appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and the time of all our clients. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If You Are Running Late

  • Please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or phone
  • We will do our best to accommodate you
  • Depending on the delay and schedule, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule

Please note: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. We appreciate your understanding.

Appointment Policy

We operate by appointment only to ensure the best service for each client:

  • Walk-ins are not available - appointment booking is required
  • Please book your appointment at least three days in advance
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to schedule your visit
  • This allows us to prepare properly for your specific service needs

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours.

  • Complimentary repairs or adjustments within 48 hours
  • Assessment and resolution of any concerns
  • Commitment to making things right

Note: Service guarantees do not apply to damage caused by improper aftercare, failure to follow instructions, or issues arising after 48 hours.

Emergency Situations

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, family emergency, or other urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

Weather and Special Circumstances

In case of severe weather conditions or other special circumstances that may affect appointments, we will contact you to reschedule. Your safety is our priority.
