Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Pretty Tips by Sandali, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Pretty Tips by Sandali provides professional nail care services including:
- Gel extensions and nail enhancements
- Manicures and pedicures
- Nail art and design services
- Other beauty services as advertised
Appointments and Bookings
Booking Process
- Appointments must be booked at least three days in advance via WhatsApp or phone
- Booking confirmation will be provided once availability is confirmed
- Walk-ins are not available - appointment booking is required
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority
- We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling to avoid delays for other clients.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service completion
- We accept cash payments
- Prices are as advertised and subject to change without notice
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities
- Follow aftercare instructions provided
- Treat our staff and premises with respect
- Notify us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions
Health and Safety
Hygiene Standards
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All tools are properly sanitized, and we follow strict health and safety protocols.
Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
Infections and Contraindications
Services will not be provided if you have visible signs of infection, fungal conditions, or other contraindications. This is for the safety of all clients and staff.
Service Results
- Individual results may vary based on nail condition and aftercare
- Longevity of services depends on proper aftercare and lifestyle factors
- We strive for client satisfaction but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
- Photos may be taken for portfolio purposes with your consent
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and offer:
- Complimentary repair or adjustment if needed
- Alternative solution based on the specific situation
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be provided after 48 hours of service completion.
Liability Limitations
Pretty Tips by Sandali is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions to products (unless proper disclosure was not made by client)
- Damage caused by improper aftercare or failure to follow instructions
- Natural nail damage due to pre-existing conditions
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential damages

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Pretty Tips by Sandali and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
